Betty and I want to express our thanks to you and Jason for building us a great home. Jason did an outstanding job, not only creating a wonderful home for us, but also making the entire experience very enjoyable. His expertise, experience and problem solving skills resulted in a good solution to every challenge that came our way. His planning and scheduling abilities are unmatched; I truly don't think there was a single work day without some sort of building activity at the construction site. Jason doesn't know the word "no", and was quick to try to figure out how we might be able to achieve whatever aspiration we had. Jim, you should be very proud to have Jason as part of your team and representing your company.
Thanks to Morris Builders for building that outstanding reputation that resulted in your subs and suppliers having the attitude that "this is a Morris home, we will do whatever it takes to get it right". We were hoping that we had entered into a relationship with the right builder, now we know 1 00% that we picked the right team. You may remember, when we first met I said that "reputation" was all history and the contract was all about the "future". Betty and I are proud to now be part of that great Morris history.
We will be proud to highly recommend you and Jason to anyone for possible future clients. (Betty says ps., as long as we get a tour of the ranch!)

Last year when we decided to go with Morris Builders to build our new home, like most homeowners that are starting to build their dream home, we were very apprehensive about the whole new undertaking.
However, as both you and Bud kept telling us, we just needed to relax and maybe this would be a fun experience. I can't say that it was all a fun experience, but we do want to thank the both of you for our beautiful new home.
Your professional and personal attention to this project has been greatly appreciated by both Angie and myself. Plus your continued follow-up of warranty repairs and any other problems have not gone unnoticed. We really have enjoyed working with you and we appreciated your sincere and honest approach to home building.

Good Morning Jim, Wade and Corey,
I have a great water pressure at the kitchen sink this morning! The screen at the end of the handheld sprayer was really clogged with debris. Wish I'd thought of that a year ago!
It's a huge relief to know that I'm going to be in this house after all and not out on the street next month or in January. I am so appreciative of your kind offer of your home, Jim, if it comes to that - and calling your attorney, even before I arrived to verify what the process will be once this house goes into foreclosure. Thank you, Wade and Corey, for telling Jim of my predicament and to all three of you for taking time from your very busy schedules to meet and reassure me yesterday. I'm quite sure if I'd contracted with another builder I wouldn't have been this fortunate. I had a peaceful nights sleep!
Blessings to you all.
Words cannot describe the gratitude the Bentwater LGA has for your generous support of the Annual BLGA Invitational.
Your signature sponsorship was vital to our "Tee it up in Texas" Invitational, which was an absolute success for the 128 women who participated.
Thank you so much!
Becky Gustanart, Chair
Dear Jim & Lori,
I'd like to thank you for the great picnic. It was very thoughtful and everything turned out great. The food was wonderful. Clark and I both think we have the best builders and thanks for everything.

My wife and I want to express our sincere gratitude for the help that you and your crew displayed during hurricane Ike to the residents of Bentwater. Without thought, you responded to a group of people during their hour(s) of need in a very generous and unselfish manner.
You mentioned to me that it was "only being a good community citizen," but my wife and I believe that you went far beyond that point. We greatly appreciate you and your crew.
Thank you very much...

We both really want you to know how much we appreciate the lovely floral arrangement. This was a very pleasant surprise - it really looks great in our dining room.
We are very pleased with our lovely house - you did a great job and Bentwater is a great place to live.
Thank you very much...
Thanks again for everything.
Our Best to you - Phil & Elsie
Dear Jim and Lori,
A few weeks ago I called Lori to ask about who I might call to check out a leak apparently above a window in my dining room. I did not know who to call for something like this and was just looking for a referral. Lori said she would have John Hancock stop by and look at it. John called and then came by to check it out. He impressed me with his interest and follow-up. Eventually, he determined that it was probably a roof problem and sent Carlos to check it out. Carlos removed a few shingles and determined it was actually not a roof issue but a kick out plate over the gutter which was allowing the water to run behind the stucco and down inside into the top of the window. John came by and agreed with Carlos. Carlos repaired it and replaced the shingles. Both of these guys were great to work with.
Hopefully this will take care of the problem. We will see with the next big rain. But my real point in writing to you was to thank you all for being so great to deal with. I never expected you to send someone to fix my problem when I called. After all, I am the second owner and the house is 8 years old. I was only looking for someone reliable who I could call to make repairs. It is service like this that you can't put a price on. Those of us with Morris homes in Bentwater often share these kind of stories with other who hopefully come to you to build their homes. You just do not find this kind of commitment to customers anymore and I wanted you to know how much it is appreciated.
Thanks again to you and your fine company. Have a Happy Thanksgiving.
Your commitment to quality and customer satisfaction as a custom home builder is well known by folks like us who have done business with you over the years. If anything goes wrong after settlement, you work with the homeowner to make it right.
We have been in our home for over 9 years now, and it is time for some remodeling and home improvements. Instinctively, we talked with Lori, told her what we had in mind and she was very helpful in providing names of your sub-contractors whom we could contact about the details.
One of the skills needed was trim carpentry. Our purpose in writing this letter to you is to make you aware of the excellent response and service we received from Calvin Lawson. Calvin and his brother Billy had done the build-out woodwork in the reconstruction of our new home back in 1998, and we were pleased to learn from Lori that they were still working for you.
Calvin has been fantastic! He came promptly, determined what had to be done to modify our family room cabinetry to house a new HDTV, arranged for the construction of an insert, and returned within a week to make changes and install the new woodwork. It fit perfectly and looks great. He also has done great work in our kitchen to trim out new ovens and modify the woodwork above a new gas cook top. Calvin is not merely a good carpenter; he looks over the remodeling job, visualizes what needs to be done, and makes great suggestions on how to best blend in the changes with the original woodwork.
This is the kind of subcontractor that you want to be dealing with. Calvin has the same spirit of loyalty and customer satisfaction that you yourself represent. Keep him on your Morris Builders Team.

I just wanted to tell you how pleased we are with the work that your people did to our home. They not only did a professional job but they were so careful with our furniture and anything else that had to be removed from the area where they were working.
Any mess that was made was cleaned up after the job was completed.
Every person who worked in our home was pleasant and courteous.
I have recommended them to a friend to do some work she needed on their home and have no doubt she will be as satisfied as I am.
I also want to thank you personally for showing us that we did not have the problem that we were told we had in order to get us to sign a very expensive contract.

Just a heart felt thanks for all the things you and your people did for Bentwater.
Hurricane Ike put an impression on us for the future. Michael and his guys did a great job for me. I think I would have lost that big window if it had not been boarded up.
Your are my friend -
I want to thank you for the house warming gift certificate to Silks 'n' Twigs and for making the building of our "dream house" such a positive experience.
It is evident that you take seriously your motto about making "lasting relationships." The personal visit the night before the hurricane was comfort and "over the top" care post-building phase.
Corey, Wade and Jason took good care of our concerns and went beyond what was expected by us during building and after completion.
Morris Builders Family,
Pat and I want to send our sincere thanks to all of you. From the tree removal on Saturday, September 13, to the completion of our home repairs, you folks have been here for us. Your understanding, quality of work and professionalism has been outstanding.
Thank you again for coming to our aid and for assisting so many in Bentwater.
